Shipping is FREE worldwide! All duties, necessary taxes, and carrier fees will be free of charge no matter where you are shipping to.

All products take about 21-2weeks estimated total for delivery worldwide after about 1-6 days of processing the order. Please note that some furniture items may require 1-2 weeks extra in delivery due to the nature of the items!

Return & Exchange Policy

At ANICCO LAB, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Non-Quality Related Returns 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, personal preference, or mistaken purchases. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before confirmation.

Quality Issue Returns 

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or if the product does not function as promised, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product for assistance with a return or exchange. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect will be required to process your request.

Return Process 

To initiate a return due to a quality issue, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence.
2. Our team will assess your return request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the product as directed by our customer service team.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality-related issue.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Relevant handling fee deductions
Products that have not been shipped need to cancel the order. The processing fee will be deducted from the relevant credit card or PayPal payment.
