What are your delivery times?

At ANICCO LAB, we use many shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. All of our products take between 2-4 weeks estimated total for production and delivery. 

Furniture Collection orders are initially shipped by sea freight. Tracking will update once it arrives at your local port and is received by your local carrier from the sea freight company.

Custom Marble Tables take between 8-12 weeks estimated total for production and delivery. 

Due to increased carrier delays in the past couple years we always note that ship times are estimated. We are unable to refund or cancel for a delayed order and an item already on the way as carrier delays are outside of our control.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free worldwide! All duties, necessary taxes, and carrier fees will be free of charge for all clients no matter where they are shipping to!

What if my order shows delays in tracking?

Tracking delays can occur with the carrier and customs when entering another country. If you see a delay in tracking points rest assured this can occur and does not mean your package is lost.

Please keep in mind: Furniture Collection orders are initially shipped by sea freight. Tracking will update once it arrives at your local port and is received by your local carrier from the sea freight company.

We are unable to refund and cancel due to carrier delays while your order is in transit to you.

Please be patient with the carrier as delays are outside of our control. If you have questions about the delay please do not hesitate to reach out to our team!

How is furniture shipped?

Furniture is shipped via UBI which is an expedited sea freight method. The tracking available will begin to update once it arrives at your local port.

For furniture purchases please add about 1-2 weeks extra to our standard shipping time due to the nature of the size and weight of furniture.

We are unable to cancel the order after the standard cancellation time and while the item is in transit by sea or air freight.

How can I make a return?

How can I make a return?

We accept returns within a 30-day window from the delivery date. Unfortunately, requests for returns will not be accepted if 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase.

Returns that do not adhere to our policy will be rejected, so please carefully review the policy before initiating a return.

Initiate a Return: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at aniccocustomerservice@aniccolab.com to start a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Kindly provide proof of purchase, share photo of the item, the box, and the label it was delivered with as proof of order. Our team will then provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Free returns: For items that arrive broken, damaged, or with other issues, we provide free returns. To qualify for this service, kindly email us at aniccocustomerservice@aniccolab.com with a photo of the damaged/defective item and the photo of your shipping label that you received (all in one photo) within 48 hours of receiving it. Failure to submit the photo and proof of damage within this timeframe will void eligibility for free returns.

Restocking Fee: If you desire to return an item based on personal preference, have had a change of mind and decided against keeping it, or if you inadvertently forget to provide proof of damage within the 48-hour period, there's no need to worry. We can still process your return with a reasonable non-refundable restocking fee of $35 for orders under $300 or, 10% of the order for all orders above $300.

Refunds: Upon receipt of your returned item, and after the return has been processed and verified, you will be issued a refund for the order's price minus any relatable restocking fee, back to your original payment method. Refunds will reach your original payment method within 3-20 business days.

Return Limitations:

Returns are not accepted for customized items, chairs, mirrors, tables or our Marble Table collection as those are customized and made to order.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or assembled.

Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a appropriate instructions. All returns & exchanges must be shipped and post-marked within 30-days of the delivery date with no exceptions.

All items being returned must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition with original packaging. Please keep this in mind when repackaging any returns.



HueGah Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

If a return is rejected, such as when the item returned differs from the one originally ordered from us, no refunds will be processed.

Please email aniccocustomerservice@aniccolab.com if you would like to begin a return and we will provide you next steps and information.

Keep in mind if the items are returned without our approval, shipping cost and other fees will be the responsibility of the customers.  No refund will be issued.

What if my order arrived broken?

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please contact us for a refund or replacement and we will proceed with next steps for this occasion.

For all items that arrived damaged or broken the following photos must be provided to us in order to resolve the issue:

  • Photo of damaged item + Photo of your shipping label that you received (all in one photo)

How can I cancel my order?

Once you place an order, you may cancel within 24 hours. Please email aniccocustomerservice@aniccolab.com if you wish to cancel.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been processed past the 24 hours and cannot be cancelled after the item has shipped.

Please keep this in mind for Furniture Collection orders. These items are initially shipped by sea freight and therefore tracking will update once it arrives at your local port and is received by your local carrier from the sea freight.

When will I recieve my refund?

You will receive your refund on your original payment method 5-7 business days after return is processed at our warehouse.

How is the currency converted?

Our site will automatically translate it's language and currency to your local language and currency!

Your credit card company will convert any order from US Dollars to your local currency based on their calculation of the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

What if my parcel is not recieved but shows as delivered?

In the event that the package is lost in transit and or not recieved, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the recipient's order, ANICCO LAB will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods.

ANICCO LAB can assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist client in locating lost parcel or missing parcel.

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and re-stocking fees and will not be considered as a cancelled order.

Can discounts be combined?

Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise on the offer.

Special Orders

Special orders under the Marble Category and other specifically customized products communicated through message exchange between the customer and ANICCO LAB begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your personal specifications.

As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returns or refunded at any time.
